At Roca Transmissions, we work to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.
• Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
• Shipping times vary based on location and carrier.
• We currently ship within the United States only.
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.
Once an order ships, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent.

Returns & Fitment Policy
We strongly recommend confirming fitment before placing an order. Customers are responsible for verifying that the part ordered is correct for their vehicle and transmission.
Incorrect Fitment / Wrong Part Ordered
If a customer orders an incorrect part due to failure to confirm fitment:
• The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
• Roca Transmissions will not cover return shipping for incorrectly ordered items.
• The item must be returned unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
• The replacement (correct) part will NOT be shipped until the incorrect item has been received and inspected.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
We are more than happy to assist in providing the correct part once the returned item is received.

• Electrical components, custom orders, and special-order items are non-returnable.
